Whitehall is seeking a Senior Associate / Vice President to join our business as a key team member. Key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

 

• Serve as a key resource working closely with senior bankers to proactively generate ideas and solutions to meet client needs

• Play a key role supporting origination, opportunity evaluation and deal execution, working on a broad scope of assignments and products mainly in the Power and Renewables industry

• Lead deal execution through all transaction stages

• Function as the key point of contact for the group, responsible for coordinating information flow and execution of work product both internally and externally

• Supervise the preparation and execution of final client presentation work product

• Communicate and interact with deal team members and clients

• Key support resource to senior bankers in day-to-day client coverage

• Be a team player and culture carrier

• Supervise and train junior personnel

• Team members work closely with senior and junior bankers and are expected to make an immediate contribution

 

Qualifications

• Dedication to building a career in the investment banking industry with a focus on the Power and Renewables sector

• 3 - 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in Power & Renewables

• Full breadth of strategic advisory and financing (equity, project financing) experience preferred

• Professional maturity and experience to interact directly with client and drive origination and execution

• Strong quantitative/analytical skills

• Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking and distinguished communication skills

• Ability to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
