Ted Barrett joined Whitehall in 2016 as an Analyst and is involved in the execution of debt and equity placements and M&A transactions, primarily within the thermal and renewable energy sectors. In aggregate, Mr. Barrett has over $1.5 billion of transaction experience including (i) the sale of ArcLight Capital Partners’s New Covert Generating Facility, (ii) the sale of York Capital Management’s Milligan 1 wind project, and (iii) the placement of fixed-rate federal receivables-backed notes on the behalf of Hannon Armstrong
